- Unboxing Video Requirement: To initiate a return or refund request for a damaged or defective product, customers must submit an unboxing video showing the unopened parcel and the specific issue encountered. This video, along with order details and other necessary information, must be emailed to orderdeepakflutes@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, and the mandatory unboxing video is provided within the stipulated timeframe, we will review the claim and may provide a suitable resolution, which may include a refund or replacement, at our discretion.
- No Return, Replacement, or Refund Otherwise: Except for cases of verified damage or defect supported by the required unboxing video, no other returns, replacements, or refunds will be processed. This includes dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, or any other reason.
