- Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery, and due to the customized nature of our flutes, cancellations are not possible.
- Returns and Refunds: We do not accept returns or process refunds for any reason after an order has been dispatched. This includes changes of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or any other reason. All sales are final.
- Unopened Parcel Requirement: In the rare case of a defect or issue with the product, we require video recording proof showing the unopened parcel. No returns or refunds will be processed without this video recording proof demonstrating the unopened state of the parcel upon arrival.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide us with a video recording of the unopened parcel and the issue encountered. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
- Refund Processing: In the event that we approve a refund due to a verified defect or issue with the product, refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.
- No Return Address: We do not have a return address for products. Therefore, any parcels returned without prior authorization will not be accepted, and no refunds will be processed.
- Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to make changes to this return and refund policy at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
